This walk passes through the catchments of the Tweed and the Clyde and includes all the contrasts of walking surface and countryside which the Pentlands offer. Much of the walk is moderate but the route to Covenanter’s Grave is in one of the remotest parts of the Pentlands over some rough ground without clearly defined paths.
