Booking Terms and Conditions
Full payment must be received in advance to validate bookings.
Booking numbers are equivalent to a voucher and these booking/voucher numbers are non-transferable between participants.
Bookings made by post, telephone, on-line or in person are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that the Scottish Borders Walking Festival is cancelled by the Walking Festival Steering Group, participants will receive the walk place ticket fees only. Cancellation of event tickets, travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the participant.
Liability
Participants in the Scottish Borders Walking Festival take part at their own risk. The organisers, walk leaders and funding partners shall not be liable for any accident or injury, however so caused. You are advised to check your own personal accident insurance cover. Persons under the age of 16 and vulnerable adults must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
